Kidspace has been provisionally booked as private hire for Friday 12th Dec 2025, 6pm – 8pm as this
year's End of Year SEN kiddos and families event.

Last year's event where families bought an item to share was a hit, but this year we want to take the
responsibility of tidying up and prepping food away from families. Instead, families can order food and
drinks directly from the Kidspace café.

Outside food is not permitted on site during the event.

It's a great opportunity for families to connect, get to know each other, and let the kids have fun in a
place where there's no judgement, as all our kiddos have different needs with unique and often similar
behaviours.

Cost: £450 total. Ideally hoping for 50 kids to attend. £9 per child.

Private hire includes:

• Use of all the huge space at Kidspace
• Sensory sealife aquarium
• Go karts (open for 1 hour)
• Café serving hot and cold food (open for 1 hour)
• First aider on site
• Complimentary squash drinks for kids and vegetable sticks
