Transition Drop in Sessions

As part of LBR’s commitment to Transition in Social Care, from children to adult social services, monthly drop in sessions will be held at Gants Hill Engagement Hub for young people and their parent/carers. The Drop In Sessions will be held on the last Wednesday of every month from 9.30am -12pm. Social Services, Connexions & Redbridge SEN Team will be present alongside RIASS.

The drop in sessions are aimed at young people and their parent/carers who are currently going through the transition process or for those who may be entering this phase within the next couple of years. Please see the attached poster for further details.

 

Half Term Inclusive Show at Redbridge Drama Centre

Redbridge Drama Centre has a fantastic new inclusive show for May half term and we have a special offer available – Use code RDCBOXEDIN to get Full Price tickets for £5 and Children's tickets for £3.50

Boxed In is a quirky, thought-provoking exploration of the unspoken rules that shape our lives. Boxed In is an exciting collaboration between a ground-breaking Disabled-led theatre company and the UK’s leading small-scale young people’s venue and touring company. Boxed In is largely non-verbal. This makes it accessible to a wide range of people, including d/Deaf, hard of hearing, BSL users and non-English speakers. Tues 26 May 11am & 2pm. Future Focus Fun at Hainault Youth Centre

If you are 16-18 and would like to gain employability and life skills, Hainault Youth Centre are running sessions over three weeks in the summer holidays to support you.

Project Search Assessment Day June 26th

If you are interested in a supported internship Project Search could be for you. You would need to have an EHCP and be entering year 13 or 14 in September 2026.
